Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Asya Agres is a strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth across life sciences, biotech, and health technology service organizations. She specializes in building modern, revenue-aligned marketing functions that accelerate pipeline, strengthen brand positioning, and support enterprise-scale expansion.
At Reservoir, Asya leads marketing and business development efforts, partnering closely with commercial leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and account-based growth.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Asya held senior marketing leadership roles at Celegence, Almac Group, and PRA Health Sciences, where she led global teams, scaled marketing operations, and implemented data-driven strategies that significantly increased qualified pipeline and conversion rates. Her work has included end-to-end revenue funnel transformation, global brand repositioning, and the integration of marketing automation and sales enablement systems.
Earlier in her career, Asya built a foundation in creative strategy and brand development, leading multi-channel campaigns for major consumer brands and founding her own creative agency.

Associate
Massimo Alicea brings a strong background in strategic communications, policy, and public health from both his studies and professional experience. He is passionate about advancing health literacy and communicating complex health policy issues to support access to care.
Most recently, Massimo interned with Reservoir, where he supported a range of clients in the health care sector. His work focused on effectively communicating health policy issues and advancing diverse advocacy initiatives. Previously, Massimo held internships with the National Hispanic Medical Association, the House of Representatives, and Keybridge Communications – cultivating a nuanced understanding of minority health issues, Congressional legislative processes, pharmaceutical health policy issues, and media strategy.
Massimo earned his B.A. in Political Communication, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the George Washington University, with minors in Public Health and Political Science. He is currently pursuing a M.A. in Strategic Communication & Media from the George Washington University.

Senior Associate
Olivia joins Reservoir Communications Group with a background in public health advocacy, policy research, and strategic communications. She leverages her diverse experience within and outside of health policy to increase access to healthcare via advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
Previously, Olivia worked with grassroots stakeholders and Congressional offices to expand adolescent health policy and equity. She has also worked as a research assistant at the Fitzhugh Mullan Institute for Workforce Equity where she conducted research on provider specialty within the Medicaid provider population so advocacy groups could better understand geographic coverage gaps.
Olivia earned her Master’s in Public Health at George Washington University. She also holds a B.A. in both History and Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan.

Vice President
Danielle Apfel brings extensive experience in advocacy and strategic communications across a wide range of issues in the health sector. She partners with clients to develop and execute tailored communication strategies that drive advocacy initiatives and grassroots campaigns, creating meaningful engagement with key stakeholders and empowering communities to take action.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Danielle was an associate on AARP’s Campaign Outreach team, where she leveraged her expertise in communications and advocacy to advance family caregiving legislation at both the state and federal levels. She played a key role in increasing visibility around critical legislative issues and engaging caregiver advocates for impactful state and federal efforts.
Danielle holds a Master’s in Legislative Affairs from George Washington University, where she also earned a B.A. in Political Science.

Vice President
Tyler brings a decade of experience in policy communications, public affairs and grassroots advocacy to advance clients’ public affairs and communications campaigns. He has a background in a diverse range of issues, with experience across stakeholders in health care delivery.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Tyler was a senior consultant at APCO Worldwide, an independent global public affairs and strategic communications consulting firm. As a member of APCO’s Public Affairs team, he provided communications and issues management support for clients, primarily in the healthcare and energy industries.
Tyler began his career providing legislative and economic policy research at the Center for American Progress. He holds a master’s degree in public policy, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics and history from George Washington University.

Vice President, Design Director
Rikki is a graphic designer and creative director with more than twenty years of experience in the public affairs, healthcare, nonprofit and government finance sectors. She has managed projects for a broad list of clients, including global public policy organizations, corporations, foundations, and leading associations in the health care, scientific, and energy industries.
For more than a decade, Rikki has served as a design consultant for the IFC/World Bank Group where she works on long-form, data-heavy research reports and social media campaigns, as well as overall branding and online interactive assets for the annual Sustainability Exchange, a global convening of infrastructure companies, local leaders, women pioneers, creative visionaries, and civil society champions. Prior to that, she served as art director with APCO Worldwide in Washington, D.C. Rikki has a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from The University of Tulsa.

Senior Manager
John Cerulli helps Reservoir’s clients translate their technical, nuanced positions on policy issues into messages that resonate with decisionmakers and key stakeholders. He brings a depth of knowledge and experience in communicating complex policy arguments, scientific concepts, and primary and secondary data analyses to diverse audiences. His interests and work span a range of topics across the health care system, including the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Medicare and Medicaid policy, public health trends, and more.
John holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University.

Senior Vice President
Lauren Cohen is an integrated communications strategist with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing public affairs and PR campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, startups, trade associations, and nonprofits. For more than a decade, she has directed data-driven communications and marketing programs, leveraging earned, paid, shared, and owned media tactics to drive business momentum and increase brand awareness.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Lauren led the Life Sciences & Health practice at Mission North, supporting both established and early-stage biotech and biopharma clients in reaching key b2b audiences through integrated communications approaches. While at Mission North, she advised c-suite clients as they went public, raised major funding rounds, hit key partner and clinical milestones, and managed through turbulent economic markets and other critical business issues.
Lauren previously served as a director in APCO’s Public Affairs practice, leading the firm’s work with some of its largest global clients across the health and technology sectors, as well as major industry coalitions. Before APCO, she led communications at the Natural Products Association, the trade association representing vitamins and dietary supplements.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland.

Senior Vice President
Allison DeBattista brings 15 years of experience in coalition building, advocacy, and strategic communications to the team, particularly within the healthcare sector. Her strategic approach to recruiting stakeholders to advocate for healthcare policy reforms has significantly impacted state and federal policy outcomes on behalf of clients. She has a proven track record of leading successful campaigns, managing key client relationships, and driving legislative and policy changes.
Before relocating to Washington, D.C., Allison was a director at Moore in New Orleans, where she led significant public relations and advocacy projects across the Southeast. She played a key role in organizing one of Louisiana’s largest healthcare coalitions, skillfully navigating complex issues through strategic grassroots and grasstops engagement and effective media relations.
Earlier in her career, Allison was the Executive Director of Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana, where she co-founded and launched Epilepsy Alliance America. Her leadership extended to developing a physician advisory board and serving as the organization’s spokesperson, underscoring her commitment to patient advocacy and public health. Allison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi and continues to participate in extensive volunteer work, including board memberships with various health organizations.

Head of Research
Bryan Dumont is a leader in the field of reputation management and corporate branding. Bryan has helped the world’s leading companies apply research and measurement tools to develop and execute multi-stakeholder campaigns, initiatives, and programs. He has pioneered methodologies to enhance the insights & analytics used by corporate affairs executives. He is a frequent speaker on the latest trends in corporate communications, strategic analytics, and how reputation and corporate brands provide measurable impact on tangible business outcomes
Bryan previously directed enterprise-wide reputation strategy and insights for Exelon Corporation, the largest publicly traded utility and power generator. Bryan came to Exelon in a newly-created research and analytics function to inform enterprise-wide decisions with insights, marketplace intelligence, and data-driven evidence. In this position, he developed one of the most robust insights & analytics functions of any Fortune 100 company. Before joining Exelon in 2017, he was a partner at the Brunswick Group in its London office where he helped clients convert research insights and strategy into corporate campaigns and programs.
He led the corporate campaigns to offer in London, serving as a “bridge” across multiple disciplines and specialisms across the firm to develop methodologies and approaches on how to create multi-stakeholder campaigns for companies.
Before moving to London, Bryan spent 16 years with APCO Worldwide where he was President for APCO Insight, based in Washington, DC, and later Brussels. Bryan was the driving force in building the firm’s research division into a global opinion research and strategy consultancy. He is the main architect of APCO Insight’s industry-leading reputation and brand research methodologies. He previously served as a Congressional staff person, management consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and research director at the Roper Center.

Vice President
Kelley Falisi brings a strong public relations background and extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry to Reservoir, where she supports clients with media strategy, corporate communications and advocacy communications.
Before joining Reservoir, Kelley held roles with SHIFT Communications and AXON Communications, where she managed media relations and content development for a variety of healthcare clients, including large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, life science companies and nonprofit organizations.
Throughout her career, she has helped organizations communicate around product launches, reputational crises, litigation scenarios and regulatory milestones in the U.S. and globally. She began her career in Philadelphia, where she executed media relations and event planning for local hospitals, health insurers and universities.
Kelley graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a B.S. in Public Relations – a top-rated, accredited program that combines academic and professional training in communications writing, research, strategic planning, ethics, and law.

Executive Vice President, Creative & Digital Director
Marilyn leads our creative and digital client business, helping deliver top-quality creative content and brand storytelling for our clients. Marilyn brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, brand advocacy, and reputation management, producing highly effective and innovative campaigns for corporate, nonprofit, association, and government clients.
Marilyn’s expertise includes comprehensive campaign strategy and planning, message and story architecture, branding, digital analytics, copywriting, paid advertising, and executive media training, and international communications platforms. She directs integrated content development including website development, social media, branding, video production, animation, print collateral, paid advertising including television, digital/online, radio, transit, and print campaigns, sponsored/earned media, data visualization, and music composition.
Prior to working with Reservoir, Marilyn served as chief creative officer and executive director of APCO Worldwide, where she led the global digital and creative practice. Marilyn has extensive experience directing political candidate and issue advocacy campaigns, as well as live television and cable news production. Marilyn has a master’s degree in communications from the University of Washington, and bachelor of arts degrees in political science, journalism, and English from the University of Oregon.

Vice President
Lucie Felder is a health policy and public affairs professional with experience leading environment shaping campaigns for biopharmaceutical companies. Since joining Reservoir in 2017, Lucie helps clients navigate a complicated healthcare landscape to improve access to care, particularly for innovative medicines.
Lucie holds a Master’s of Healthcare Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine and a B.S. in Biology of Global Health from Georgetown University.

Senior Vice President
Ashley Flint is a policy expert and strategist with nearly 15 years of experience advising life sciences companies on how to navigate a rapidly evolving policy environment to achieve business objectives. She leverages her deep expertise on federal and state policy issues, with a focus on Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) implementation, drug pricing, Medicare Part D, and the 340B program, to develop creative policy solutions and advocacy strategies for clients.
Before joining Reservoir, Ashley was a Principal at Avalere Health, working with several life sciences and health plan clients on drug pricing policy issues. Previously, Ashley served as Director of U.S. Policy & Analytics at AbbVie, where she led a team responsible for analyzing proposed federal and state policies related to above-brand market access issues and developing policy positions and strategies to advance business priorities. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Director for Policy & Research at PhRMA, where she served as the Part D policy lead.
Ashley holds a MPP in health policy from the George Washington University and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Emory University.

Manager
Keishi Foecke brings a background in public health research, analysis, and translation, all with a focus on promoting equitable access to care. She is passionate about effectively translating complex health policies and topics into accessible messages for diverse audiences, as well as building meaningful partnerships to advance positive health outcomes.
Before joining Reservoir, Keishi interned with the CDC’s Public Health Law Program, where she supported projects assessing the impact of national, state, and local laws and policies on health outcomes and disparities. She also served as a research assistant for the Center for Public Health Systems Science, where she contributed to the creation of tobacco control user guides for the CDC.
Keishi holds a M.P.H. with a specialization in Health Policy Analysis from Washington University in St. Louis, where she also graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Global Health and a minor in American Culture Studies.

Manager
Marlowe brings a background in health policy consulting and epidemiology. She leverages her experience in the two spaces to help clients communicate complex healthcare issues and establish innovative policy solutions. Before joining Reservoir, Marlowe worked with Applied Policy, where she helped clients understand the business implications of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ regulations and specialized in coding, coverage, and reimbursement. Marlowe conducted research and analysis in a variety of health policy areas, concentrating on medical devices and diagnostic testing.
Marlowe also worked as an intern and research assistant at the Vermont Department of Health’s Infectious Disease Department as an undergraduate student. In these roles, she conducted state-level health surveillance, led research on the first statewide pulse oximetry study to assess COVID-19, and led research for a second study assessing Long COVID.
Marlowe holds a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Health Policy and Administration as well as Business from Penn State University. She is currently pursuing her MPH with a concentration in Infectious Diseases from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Senior Associate
Ankitha comes to Reservoir Communications Group with a background in community health and policy research and a focus on promoting health equity. As a graduate student, they interned with the Houston-based organization Doctors for Change to advocate for access to healthcare for LGBTQ+ youth in Texas.
While working with stakeholders across professions to create issue briefs and draft testimonials, Ankitha developed a passion for understanding and communicating the narratives affected by changing health policy.
Ankitha holds a Master’s in Public Health with a specialization in community health from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health and previously earned their B.A. in Letters with an emphasis in Medical Humanities from the University of Oklahoma.

Vice President
Claire wields a depth of experience in issue advocacy, coalition and stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications in support of Reservoir’s clients. Prior to joining Reservoir, Claire worked as AHIP’s Director of Public Affairs & Campaigns, managing a wide variety of advocacy campaigns and coalition efforts to advance and strengthen health care coverage. Campaign efforts directly supported AHIP’s top policy priorities, spanning nationwide grassroots activation, in-state and Beltway paid advertising, regional and national stakeholder activity, and large-scale digital programs. Claire started her career at Issue One, where she supported advocacy efforts to strengthen American democracy.
Claire holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware’s Biden School of Public Policy & Administration in both political science and public policy. Claire also participated in the University of Delaware’s Public Allies Apprenticeship through AmeriCorps, where she partnered with a Boys & Girls Club in Wilmington, DE to support the academic, social, and athletic achievement of underprivileged youth.

Vice President
Erin brings more than a decade of experience to Reservoir Communications Group in the field of communications. In her role, Erin works with Fortune 500 companies, innovative start-ups, coalitions, non-profits, and trade associations to develop compelling, narrative-driven advocacy campaigns, manage breakthrough paid media campaigns, and convene impactful policy forums.
Before joining Reservoir, Erin worked for the American Cancer Society, the American Chemistry Council, the Committee for Economic Development, Raycom Media (now Gray Television), and The Austin Group. Erin began her career in Alabama where she served as Deputy State Director for the 2008 Romney for President campaign spearheaded the creation of a statewide political platform to cover the Alabama Legislature and produced two political TV shows.

Associate
Tejasvi Hariharan comes to Reservoir with a background in public health, research, and strategic advocacy, with a particular interest in women’s health policy, stakeholder engagement, and health equity.
Prior to joining Reservoir full-time, Tejasvi interned with the firm, supporting a range of health policy clients through stakeholder mapping, legislative tracking, and the development of internal and external communications materials. She also completed health programming internships focused on strengthening health infrastructures, including a health policy and regulatory affairs role with Amrita Technologies. While studying abroad in London, she interned with Healthwatch Camden and conducted community health screenings, gaining firsthand experience designing and implementing programs to improve access to preventive services. She engaged with medical providers and health policy experts in Kingston, Jamaica, gaining insight into post-pandemic policy responses.
Tejasvi graduated from American University with a B.A. in Public Health, a minor in International Studies, and a certificate in Advanced Leadership Studies.

Senior Manager
Hanna Hayden is a strategic healthcare communications and public affairs professional with a strong track record of translating complex policy and industry challenges into clear, impactful messaging. With experience spanning corporate, agency, and nonprofit sectors, her expertise includes developing and executing high-impact campaigns, managing stakeholder engagement, and shaping public affairs strategies that influence policy and industry conversations.
At Reservoir, Hanna plays a key role in helping healthcare clients navigate policy challenges, enhance brand reputation, and engage key audiences via media relations, thought leadership, crisis communications, and coalition-building.
Hanna earned her Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Kansas and is currently an M.B.A. candidate at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Associate
Kaylin Hewitt comes to Reservoir with a background in health policy and public health. She is passionate about shaping evidence-based health policy that incorporates both research and the lived experiences of those who are most impacted.
Most recently, Kaylin interned with Reservoir and supported client initiatives across stakeholders in the health industry. Prior to Reservoir, Kaylin interned at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, where she transformed complex Medicaid and Marketplace policy and advocacy topics into accessible content for lawmakers, stakeholders, and public audiences. Kaylin discovered her passion for health and policy while working at her local county health department as an undergraduate, where she supported community-focused work including a county health assessment and contact tracing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kaylin holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a Health Policy focus from American University, as well as a B.S. in Global Health with certificates in Health Policy, Public Policy, and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Senior Advisor
Nina serves as a Senior Advisor to Reservoir Communications Group, and a member of the External Advisory Board of the Multi Regional Clinical Trial Center (MRCT) of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University. She is the former Vice President of Innovation Policy and Global Policy at Pfizer, which places the advancement of human health at the center of global life sciences policy development. She was a member of the Pfizer Bioethics Advisory Panel and was the founding editor of the Value of Medicines publication at Pfizer.com. Her work addressed unmet policy needs in clinical trials, compassionate access, precision medicine, vaccines, rare diseases, oncology, anti-microbial resistance, intellectual policy, and Medicare.
Before joining Pfizer, as a Director of the International Center for the Disabled, she led social policy research with the National Council on Disability that helped secure the passage of the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act. Additionally, as a former leader of the March of Dimes in NYC, she worked to advance maternal and infant health by advocating for expanded Medicaid coverage and SCHIP.
Her previous memberships include the MRCT Executive Committee and the Bioethics Collaborative as well as Board memberships with the National Health Council, the Alliance for Aging Research, and INCLUDEnyc.
She is a recipient of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America Guthrie Family Humanitarian Award, the National Coalition of Women with Heart Disease Corporate Leadership Award, the Arthritis Foundation Patient Services Award, the Rotary International Award for Outstanding Work with Children in Need, and the Freedom of the Human Spirit Award from INCLUDEnyc.
After obtaining a Ph.D. in Speech Science from Columbia University, she earned an MIT Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Business Strategies. She is a published author and a graduate of the Executive Program at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and the Harvard Business School Pfizer Leadership Development Program.

Senior Associate
Jack comes to Reservoir Communications Group with a range of experiences in clinical health care, health policy, and strategic communications.
Jack discovered his passion for making a difference in the health care landscape one patient at a time while working as an emergency medical technician (EMT). Most recently, he worked as an intern at Reservoir, supporting clients’ advocacy and communications efforts before joining the firm full-time. As an undergraduate, John represented his home state of Connecticut on Capitol Hill as part of a national delegation of emergency medical services professionals advocating for a stronger prehospital health care system. John also interned at a legislative affairs firm, where he gained valuable exposure to the policy environments surrounding rare disease therapies, prescription drug coverage, and the accessibility of mental health care. From these experiences, he has come to appreciate the power of distilling complex health policy issues into clear, compelling narratives.
Jack earned both his Master’s in Political Communication and B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government from American University.

Manager
Liz Irons is a strategic communications professional who brings a strong background in healthcare communications and media to clients across the pharmaceutical, trade and non-profit sectors.
She thrives on projects that allow her to think creatively about communicating health care’s biggest problems and the solutions needed to make health care more accessible to patients. Over time, her work at Reservoir has allowed her to gain critical experience in executing paid and earned media strategies. In addition, her thoughtful approach to creative campaign management included the development of an award-winning video series spotlighting health industry leaders.
Liz holds a Master’s in Media & Strategic Communication from The George Washington University, where she also received her B.A. in Political Communication with a minor in Public Health.

Vice President
Greg Jarvis brings a depth of knowledge and experience working on complex issues across the life sciences and health care industries. During his more than eight years with Reservoir, Greg has built, led and managed public affairs, advocacy and corporate communications strategies that help clients achieve their goals. With a range of diverse experience across dozens of projects at Reservoir, Greg wields a combination of strategic and creative thinking with the tactics and processes needed to make a meaningful and measurable difference.
Prior to Reservoir, Greg worked at Marwood Group, a leading global healthcare investment advisory firm, the American Enterprise Institute, and Strategic Health Care, a boutique and bipartisan government affairs firm.
Greg earned his B.S. in Health Care Management and Policy from Georgetown University.

Chief Financial Officer
Patrick Kannan has built a professional career in finance and accounting with professional services companies, including those offering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, mainly in aerospace and defense (A&D), health care and life sciences, and the federal government sectors.
As CFO, he helps lead Reservoir’s continued growth strategy and is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Patrick joined Reservoir from OPEXUS, formerly AINS, where he served as CFO and supported its year-over-year growth as a technology solutions provider for federal, state, and local governments.
Patrick has more than 30 years of corporate management and finance experience including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Enterprise Reporting Systems, Legal and Contracts, and Back Office IT infrastructure. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).

Senior Associate
Abby comes to Reservoir Communications Group with a background in media and public health policy. She leverages her experiences in communications and public health to develop thoughtfully crafted content for clients.
Most recently, Abby interned with Reservoir and engaged with a variety of clients, fostering her passion for strategic communications, and exploring an interest in policy. Her experience at Reservoir pushed her to pursue a dual degree program focused on health policy. While completing her undergraduate work, she enrolled in a health policy MPH program and will continue her graduate work at the intersection of communications, policy and healthcare.
Abby discovered her passion for healthcare communications as a reporter and editor for The Hatchet, GW’s independent student newspaper. She focused her first year covering the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine and COVID-19-related research. Abby also interned with the communications and development team at The Food Trust, a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia working across the country to ensure delicious, nutritious food for all.
Abby graduated Summa Cum Laude from the George Washington University with a B.S. in Public Health and a minor in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Manager
Allison comes to Reservoir with a background in advocacy, policy, and health communications. With years of experience working with federal and state governments, advocacy organizations, and community fixtures, she is a talented coalition builder and excels at forging connections between a wide range of partners. Her specialties include collective impact work and communicating complex policy and health concepts to a diverse audience.
Prior to joining the Reservoir team, Allison worked at The Reilly Group, a public affairs firm specializing in improving mental health and wellbeing. There, she managed an advocacy initiative to ensure perinatal mental health is a national and state priority, carried out through a broad national coalition and state-level policy work. She also helped teams across the country build diverse stakeholder networks and achieve their policy goals by providing coaching, facilitation support, and technical expertise. Prior, she worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) supporting cutting-edge biomedical research and advising senior scientific staff on lab administration.
Allison graduated with a Master of Public Health from George Washington University and earned her B.A. in English and Anthropology with a concentration in Archaeology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Associate
Sofia comes to Reservoir with a strong background in both health advocacy and communications. Her diverse experiences allow her to understand the interplay of various contexts and successfully elevate client narratives.
Sofia discovered her passion for health communications as an intern for Friends of the Global Fight, the US advocacy arm for The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. During her time at Friends, she worked on various reports, notably on the role of integrated people-centered care in achieving universal health coverage. She also produced media content and campaign materials.

Manager
Marlee comes to Reservoir with a background in health policy, advocacy, and research and helps clients advance public affairs, policy and communications efforts through engagement with key audiences.
During her undergraduate career, Marlee interned at healthcare organizations both domestically and abroad, mainly focusing on oncology care. Prior to joining Reservoir, she worked at the Cancer Study Group, where she helped Fortune 500 companies address cancer within their employee populations.
Through this position, Marlee researched topics including payment reform, financial toxicity, and drug pricing. Marlee also worked with the American Society of Clinical Oncology as an International Affairs Intern, supporting the organization’s global health and education programs. Moreover, while studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, Marlee worked with the country’s leading cancer patient association.
Marlee graduated summa cum laude from American University with a B.A. in International Studies, with concentrations in global health, environmental sustainability, and human rights. She also obtained a Spanish Language minor and Translation Certificate.

Executive Vice President
Clare is an Executive Vice President at Reservoir Communications Group with significant experience leading corporate communications, rapid response and crisis media efforts, brand management, and advocacy campaigns.
Prior to joining Reservoir, she led external communications for Morgan Health, a business unit within JPMorgan Chase focused on improving the quality, equity, and affordability of employer-sponsored health care. In this role, Clare managed the organization’s executive thought leadership, content development, media engagement, and event management for the Morgan Health team as well as support for its portfolio companies.
She also served as the lead spokesperson and press secretary for America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the national trade association representing the health insurance industry. Clare oversaw the industry’s communications strategy and media engagement on key policy issues, including the Affordable Care Act, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, and federal and state legislative priorities.
Before joining AHIP, Clare was an associate at APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs and strategic communications firm, where she managed campaigns spanning global and national healthcare issues, including the launch of a national advocacy effort around expanded access to childhood vaccines and health plans’ wellness and prevention efforts.
Clare has a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and completed her M.B.A. at the University of Maryland.

Executive Vice President
Laurie is a trusted public affairs and communications leader with 20 years of experience in policy and corporate communications. She is a senior advisor who applies an in-depth, holistic approach to assess the environment and evolving external and internal stakeholder expectations, devising predictive strategies to help guide informed decision making and a framework for the path forward.
Laurie provides communications advice and counsel to executives and teams on a broad range of issues, including reputation management, crisis and litigation, policy, diversity and inclusion, CSR and sustainability, advocacy, and governance. Laurie also works closely with clients on privacy and security related communications including cyber preparedness and breach simulation exercises, as well as post-incident communications on behalf of clients in industries including financial services, retail, technology, and health care.
Laurie previously served as Founder and President of Alton Place Group, a specialized D.C.-based communications firm, and as Deputy Managing Director of the Washington, D.C. office of APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs and strategic communications firm. Prior to joining APCO, she served as the principal administrator of the Committee on Consumer Policy at the OECD in Paris; as Special Advisor to the Commissioner at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she handled online privacy and consumer protection issues. She joined the FTC from the White House where she served as Staff Director for the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs.

Dan Lemle brings a wealth of experience in advocacy and event communications, leveraging his expertise to drive earned media strategies and content development for a diverse portfolio of Reservoir’s healthcare clients.
Before joining Reservoir, Dan served as communications manager at the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP), a trade association representing the nation’s top-performing nonprofit health insurers. In this role, he spearheaded media engagement across a range of policy areas, amplifying member initiatives and securing visibility among key press and stakeholders. His communications experience also includes work with the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), the leading organization representing radio and television broadcasters, where he supported industry-wide messaging and media outreach.
Dan holds a B.S. in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Executive Vice President
Lee Lynch has spent the past two decades as an agency and in-house communications expert. Her many years of experience extend across advocacy, public relations, public affairs, issues management, marketing, and journalism. For more than a decade, Lee led the Edelman Alliances group—a dedicated team of experts she founded that engaged hundreds of influencers and third-party organizations to find unique ways to collaboratively link corporations, organizations, and governments in the U.S. and globally to achieve mutual goals.
Before joining Edelman, Lee worked with Hill & Knowlton as the Health Policy deputy practice leader; Ogilvy; the boutique public affairs firm Dowling, Langley & Associates; the Atlanta Olympic Committee for the Olympic Games; Union Switch & Signal and John Harland company; and as an anchor and reporter for WCHL radio in Chapel Hill, NC. Lee is a trained facilitator and has a master’s degree from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ruby Markham brings a strong background in both domestic and international policy and public affairs to Reservoir. She leverages her years of strategic communication experience to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable insights, helping stakeholders navigate regulatory and advocacy landscapes. Ruby’s expertise lies in effectively communicating intricate health policy issues to drive informed decision-making and engagement.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Ruby worked at the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU), a trade association focused on commercial diplomacy. There, she collaborated with Fortune 500 companies to advance policy advocacy and market access initiatives, addressing key issues related to trade, supply chains, and resource optimization. She played a pivotal role in expanding BCIU’s sectoral work, shaping programming around agriculture, climate, and technological innovation.
Ruby’s international perspective is shaped by her time living in Germany and Spain. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from George Washington University.

Kristen McCaughan is an Emmy award-winning communications executive with 20+ years of experience. She has provided strategic counsel to Fortune 500 companies in nearly every industry as well as major trade associations, universities, law firms, and non-profit organizations. In addition, she has worked with a range of media on behalf of clients including NBC Nightly News, CNN, FOX, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, NPR, Bloomberg, Reuters, the AP, and numerous local newspapers and television newscasts.
Before coming to Reservoir, Kristen was a senior vice president at McGinn and Company, a leading strategic communications firm. There she advised clients on communications strategy, led high-profile communications campaigns, elevated the thought leadership of CEOs and executives, managed crisis communications, and served as a corporate spokesperson.
Kristen previously ran marketing and communications for the National Health Service Corps, a $300 million national healthcare program, at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In that role, she worked with top government leadership and oversaw strategy, budget, and resources for a 24-person communications team. Additionally, Kristen brings a deep perspective from inside the media having worked as a producer at CNN covering stories that included presidential campaigns and the events of September 11. Her work at CNN garnered her national Emmy recognition, among other awards.

Senior Manager
Lauren McQuatters brings nearly a decade of experience in healthcare communications, including health policy, public health research, and corporate communications. In her current role, she works with the biopharmaceutical industry and trade associations to execute public affairs and strategic communications campaigns.
Prior to joining Reservoir, she led communications and marketing efforts at an early-stage health tech startup. Lauren previously worked on the value and access communications team at Real Chemistry, where she developed corporate-level and product-specific value messaging for biopharmaceutical clients.
Lauren received her M.P.H. from Columbia University, specializing in population health and maternal and child health.

Associate
Bridget Miller brings a background in public health and strategic communications to her role at Reservoir. She is particularly interested in the intersection of health policy, program implementation, and communications, and how these elements can work together to improve health equity.
Her experience spans sectors including health technology and nonprofit organizations, where she has supported local and international program planning, evaluation, and strategic marketing efforts. Much of her work has focused on advancing equitable access to care and supporting the development of resilient health systems through data-driven and community-informed approaches.
Bridget holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she also earned her B.S. in Public Health with a minor in Business, graduating summa cum laude.

Senior Associate
Anisa brings a strong background in health policy and strategic communications to her role at Reservoir, with a specialized focus on drug pricing reform and fostering innovation within the health care system. Leveraging her expertise in the regulatory and policy landscape, she helps clients design and execute smart public affairs campaigns that move the needle on core narratives.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Anisa was an Associate at Rational 360, where she worked on drug pricing policies, including the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the 340B Drug Pricing Program, as well as barriers to patient access and the R&D pipeline. In addition to her health care work, Anisa also supported clients in the financial services sector, focusing on banking regulation and mortgage policy.

Grace has a deep background in health policy, research, and public affairs with specific expertise in the innovative biopharma and vaccines space. Grace started her career at Reservoir in 2016 and has rejoined the Reservoir team after a year working at RF|Binder where she led media and corporate communications work for clients across the education, energy, biotech, and food and beverage sectors.
Before joining Reservoir, Grace worked at Keybridge Communications, where she worked on issue advocacy campaigns for healthcare and education interest groups. While completing her undergraduate degree Grace held a public affairs internship at USAID and completed a research fellowship with the Centre for AIDS Programme of Research in South Africa (CAPRISA). Working in both clinical research and healthcare policy settings has given Grace deep experience interpreting and distilling technical research and writing for wide-ranging audiences across multiple media platforms.

Michelle brings more than a decade of deep experience as a reporter, communications specialist, and digital strategist. She helps clients advance communications and advocacy goals through alliance development, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and strategic communications.
Before coming to Reservoir, Michelle served as Vice President of Communications and Digital Strategy for Faith in Public Life where she oversaw communications strategy and digital engagement for a wide range of social justice issues. Before this, she drove rapid response and crisis management campaigns at the N.A.A.C.P. Previously a reporter for the Associated Press, Michelle has chronicled some of the most important political issues of the 21st century.
Michelle holds a B.A. in Journalism from Howard University, and a Master’s in Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mara returns to Reservoir with a strong background in health policy research and public health advocacy with specific expertise in the biopharma and vaccines space. Prior to rejoining Reservoir, Mara worked at Avalere Health where she focused on vaccine coverage and reimbursement policy in addition to work across broader preventive services. In this role, she supported efforts to address barriers to vaccination through stakeholder education, policy analyses, and thought leadership. Mara holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the George Washington University and a B.A. in International Studies from American University.

Executive Vice President, Head of Patient Engagement
Elisabeth M. Oehrlein, Ph.D., MS, is a mixed methods researcher who leads qualitative and quantitative primary data collection studies to produce actionable patient and caregiver insights across the medical product lifecycle. Her expertise includes patient-centered evidence generation, clinical outcome assessment (COA) strategy and development, and patient-centered evidence planning. She partners with life sciences companies and patient organizations to identify patient-centered evidence needs, prioritize research investments, and develop evidence that reflects patients’ lived experience, unmet needs, burden of disease, and desired outcomes to inform research, development, regulatory, access, and post-launch decision-making.
Dr. Oehrlein founded AppliedPX, a patient-centered research and strategy consulting firm that was acquired by Reservoir in 2026. She currently serves as Principal Scientist at AppliedPX and Executive Vice President and Head of Patient Engagement at Reservoir. Prior to founding AppliedPX, she served on the National Health Council senior leadership team, where she directed research and educational initiatives focused on patient engagement, value assessment, and real-world evidence. She has spoken widely on patient-centered research, including invited presentations at the National Academy of Sciences and briefings to the Rare Disease Congressional Caucus. She has published extensively in medical, economic, and health policy journals and serves as an Associate Editor of Value in Health.
Elisabeth holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College, an MS in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Department of Epidemiology and Human Genetics, and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Health Services Research from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.

Nikki Orsolini is a skilled graphic designer, working across diverse industries such as technology, fashion, real estate, and health. She brings a strong foundation in design principles, combined with a passion for creative problem-solving.
Through her current work in the health space, Nikki pushes the boundaries of design, bringing a fresh perspective to the field and striving to create impactful work that resonates with audiences. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, Nikki specializes in creating innovative designs that communicate brand messages clearly and effectively. Whether it’s building cohesive brand identities or designing engaging marketing materials, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the unique needs of every client.
Previous graphic design roles include DesktopMetal, Berkshire Hathaway Shoe Holdings, and Stream Realty Group. She’s a graduate of VCUarts with a degree in Graphic Design.

Leila Pagel comes to Reservoir with a background in immunobiology, public health, and health equity. Drawing on scientific research and communications experience, she is passionate about translating complex health issues into accessible, evidence-based narratives that advance equitable health outcomes.
Prior to joining Reservoir full-time, Leila interned with the firm, supporting client initiatives including vaccine education, stakeholder engagement, and community health partnerships. Before Reservoir, she served as a communications and public policy intern at the National Hispanic Health Foundation, where she supported advocacy and awareness initiatives focused on health disparities and access to care. Her interest in health policy is grounded in more than three years of immunology research on a parasitic disease that disproportionately affects underserved communities, shaping her perspective on the intersection of science, public health, and access to care.

Gillian Parrish has been working in health care communications since 2004, with specialized experience in narrative development, brand content and third-party engagement. She brings a passion for writing and storytelling to all aspects of her work. Over the years, Gillian has served nonprofit foundations, HMOs, health systems, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, drug distributors, trade associations and technology corporations. Her areas of focus include medical research, venture philanthropy and alliance development. She previously served as the Communications Director at medical research think tank FasterCures and as a Vice President on the health care team at Edelman. Gillian has a B.A. in Public Relations & Strategic Communication from American University and an M.A. in Global Marketing from Emerson College.

Senior Accountant
Stephen Petko has a diverse career, with stints in public accounting, government, and corporate accounting. His path has allowed him to explore various sectors including private equity, manufacturing & wholesaling, and professional services. As Senior Accountant, he provides an experienced, steady, and reliable hand with which to assist the CFO in all manner of financial operations.
Stephen comes to Reservoir fresh off a time with a local manufacturer from northern Virginia, Zestron, who specializes in chemical cleaners for electronics and circuit boards. There, he spent time streamlining and automating the accounting and reporting cycles for the company.
Stephen holds both an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason School of Business. He currently maintains an active Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) license.

Senior Manager
Elise brings a background in health policy, lobbying and work in both local and federal politics in support of clients’ public affairs, policy and communications objectives. Prior to joining Reservoir, she worked as a Policy and Federal Affairs Specialist at Children’s Hospital Association, working with allied coalitions, federal agencies, and legislators to ensure that children have access to affordable, high quality health care. Her portfolio included the 340B drug pricing program, Tricare, telehealth, and maternal health. Elise also spent time on Capitol Hill where she served as a Staff Assistant for the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs.
Elise has a B.A. in sociology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she worked as a published student researcher in the Harm Reduction Journal. She also acted as a student liaison for a local councilman, where she gained experience in grassroots advocacy.

Cali Platt brings a background in public health policy and research. She is passionate about health policy communications, advocacy and stakeholder engagement. At Reservoir, Cali helps her clients advance public affairs, advocacy and policy objectives in support of a broad range of issues. Cali has experience utilizing research and data insights to drive key messages, as well as managing and supporting the day-to-day of advocacy campaigns.
Prior to Reservoir, Cali conducted research and supported policy decisions as an intern at the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office in the Department of Defense.

Chief Operations Officer
Megan Tucker brings 25+ years of U.S. and global experience in pharmaceuticals, public health, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. She counsels clients with a broad range of business, reputation and advocacy needs, and drives the operations for the firm.
Megan came to Reservoir after nearly a decade at Edelman, where she led the firm’s relationship with a global nutrition and wellness company, with a scope that spanned strategy, digital, media, PR programming, research and employee engagement. While primarily based in Washington, D.C., she was one of the firm’s inaugural Global Fellows and spent two years building and managing the Healthcare practice for Edelman United Arab Emirates and the Africa-Middle East region.
Megan was also a leader in GolinHarris’ social marketing practice, managing several non-profit and government client accounts; previous positions included The Georgetown Journal of International Affairs and The New Republic, two nationally distributed publications. She holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Senior Advisor
Tom serves as a Senior Advisor to Reservoir Communications Group, where he advises biopharma executives, industry partners, boards and investors on market access strategy, payer engagement, and commercialization of innovative therapies. He brings more than 40 years of industry experience helping organizations understand and navigate complex reimbursement and access landscapes. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the ASHP Foundation. He leads teams that develop market access strategies for launched and pipeline portfolios. He provides leadership for payer and channel strategy across PBMs, health plans, health systems, and pharmacy partners, along with patient support services, field reimbursement, contracting strategy, and operations. His deep commercial experience also spans Medicare, global value and access, M&A integration, product marketing, new product commercialization, managed care marketing, and field sales. He previously served as Vice President, Market Access at Neurocrine Biosciences, and was Vice President of Value and Access for U.S. General Medicine at Amgen. He began his career at Marion Laboratories and held key commercial leadership roles at Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science Program in Healthcare Decision Analysis at the USC School of Pharmacy, has guest lectured at the Rutgers MBA Program and has been a speaker at managed care and industry conferences on the US healthcare landscape, the pharmaceutical industry and market access strategy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from UW-Milwaukee and an MBA from the University of Kansas.

Ella Rousseau comes to Reservoir with a background in journalism and public health. She is passionate about using her communications skillset to close gaps in health equity while amplifying reliable health education tools for the public.
Most recently, Ella interned with Reservoir and assisted health sector clients in areas including social media content creation, resource development, event planning, and article drafting. Prior to Reservoir, Ella served as a public health communications intern at the Maryland Department of Health, where she addressed important health needs for Maryland constituents through internal and external communication. She also served as the community health beat reporter at The Eagle, American University’s award-winning student newspaper, and covered COVID-19 testing, mental health concerns among college students, and harm reduction services in D.C.
Ella holds a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in public health from American University.

Executive Vice President
Setareh Samii is an innovative public affairs leader with nearly 15 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare business and policy. She leverages her creativity and deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem to lead environment shaping and policy communications efforts that enable patient access and drive positive business outcomes for clients.
Before joining Reservoir, Setareh spent several years on the Policy & Research team at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), where she provided a broad range of policy expertise on key federal advocacy priorities for the biopharmaceutical industry, including intellectual property, industry economics, venture capital, and STEM education. She has also held positions at APCO Worldwide and the J. Craig Venter Institute.
Setareh holds a J.D. from the George Washington University, where she also completed a B.A. in International Affairs with a focus on Global Public Health.

Operations Administrator
Carla Sansalone brings more than 15 years of high-level executive support, human resources, employee engagement, and office management experience.
Carla came to Reservoir from a woman-owned construction company, where she served as Director of Executive Planning for the two co-CEOs. Prior, she built her career primarily on Capitol Hill working for three Members of Congress from Western and Upstate New York. Following her time on Capitol Hill, Carla was a member of the policy team at the National Association of Manufacturers in Washington, DC, supporting numerous policy and government affairs staff. Additionally, Carla served as a Political Appointee at the U.S. General Services Administration – ending her service as the White House Liaison.
Carla graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Brockport with a degree in Political Science. She previously served as President of SUNY Brockport’s Alumni Board of Directors and remains actively involved in campus activities.

Robert is the Founder and President of Reservoir Communications Group. Immediately prior to founding Reservoir Robert was the Chief Advocacy and Alliance Development Officer for WellPoint, Inc. (now Elevance Health), one of the nation’s leading health benefits companies. Prior to joining WellPoint, Robert was President, Americas for APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs and strategic communications firm. During Robert’s two decades of experience in communications and advocacy he has become known for his work helping clients rethink previously intractable problems, taking innovative approaches to advancing policy goals, and helping organizations build strong and enduring brands that can help advance their business and policy objectives.

Amanda Scott brings a background in global health to Reservoir, where she helps companies navigate corporate communications and market readiness, supporting clients in developing innovative policy solutions and effectively communicating complex health and health policy issues.
Before joining Reservoir, Amanda worked at PATH, a global health nonprofit focused on advancing health equity through innovation and partnerships. There, she supported global HIV, tuberculosis, and hepatitis programs in introducing and scaling new health technologies and people-centered service delivery models to strengthen care systems and improve outcomes. After college, she began her career at the intersection of education, child welfare, and public health as a case manager for the Office of the State Superintendent of Education. Her commitment to improving health and well-being took root during her internship at SafeShores, DC’s child advocacy center.
Amanda holds a M.P.H. from George Washington University and a B.S. in Public Health with a minor in Education from American University.

Jenn brings experience leading and managing strategic health communications at the highest levels of government and for a wide array of Reservoir clients across the health sector.
Through a decade of communications work, Jenn has worked at the intersection of critical public policy conversations and legislation. She’s helped leaders respond to public health crises – including the opioid epidemic and the COVID-19 pandemic – and tackle key reforms spanning health insurance and information technology. Specifically, Jenn led the communications and media efforts surrounding the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA), the 21st Century Cures Act, the FDA Reauthorization Act, and the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act, among others.
Most recently, Jenn was the Director of Public Affairs for the Office of the Surgeon General at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In that role, Jenn oversaw all communications and media for the “Nation’s Doctor.” Prior to that, she served as press secretary for the House Energy and Commerce Committee, leading all communications for both its health and oversight & investigations subcommittees.
Jenn has a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication and a B.S. in Political Science from St. Bonaventure University.

Casey is an experienced public affairs and strategic communications leader with 20 years of experience in policy, corporate and philanthropy communications. She has advised CEOs and senior leaders across business and politics, built and led multinational teams and developed thought leadership agendas that strengthen the reputation of global brands.
She previously led external affairs teams that spotlighted technology, philanthropy and policy priorities at JPMorgan Chase, Mastercard and McKinsey & Co.
Casey began her career in Washington, D.C. working for the Justice Department, presidential campaigns and APCO Worldwide, which shaped her approach to communications by raising awareness through an integrated, content driven, audience-first approach.
She holds an M.A. in international economics from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and is on the board of The Azadi Project, a non-profit organization supporting individuals in conflict-affected regions in Africa, the Middle east and South Asia.

Executive Vice President, Head of Growth Strategy
Gretta Stone is an experienced policy and communications leader with deep knowledge of the biopharmaceutical sector and the health system more broadly. Drawing on her 20+ years of public affairs experience, she provides clients with thoughtful strategies to address complex challenges.
Before coming to Reservoir, she spent 15 years at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), where she led a range of priority issues related to the value and cost of medicines, the R&D process and incentives for innovation. Gretta also serves on the board of the Society for Women’s Health Research, an organization dedicated to advancing our understanding of the biological differences in disease and advocating to enhance women’s health. Steve brings nearly three decades of experience in digital strategy, web development and UX design to Reservoir. He helps clients translate complex communications goals into intuitive, accessible digital experiences that work for both audiences and content managers. With expertise spanning SEO, UX design, web design and development, digital tools and interactive installations, Steve bridges creative vision and technical execution to build smart, effective solutions for organizations with challenging communications needs.
As owner of Strong Industries, Steve has partnered with organizations to design and build digital experiences that are strategic, usable and built to last.

Senior Associate
Madelyn comes to Reservoir Communications Group with a background in strategic communications and public health advocacy. She leverages her diverse knowledge and experiences in these fields to support clients, advancing innovative policy solutions and communicating complex health and health policy issues.
Prior to joining the team full-time, Madelyn interned with Reservoir and engaged with a wide variety of clients, helping to meet their business and policy objectives through technical research and content creation. While completing her undergraduate studies, Madelyn worked as a communications intern for the National Down Syndrome Society, where she supported their external advocacy efforts, social media, and programming.
Madelyn graduated Summa Cum Laude from George Washington University with a B.S. in Public Health and a minor in French Language, Literature, and Culture.

Manager
Megan is an equity-minded public health practitioner grounded in data and policy analysis and communications. She is skilled at translating complex methods and data into digestible conclusions and implications for policy and practice, focusing on producing an end product that is understandable to all stakeholders involved.
Before joining Reservoir, Megan worked with the Lewin Group in the policy and practice evaluation space, focusing on quality of patient care and health equity in innovative Medicare models. She was involved in quantitative and qualitative analysis, combining healthcare claims with patient and practitioner perspectives to evaluate Medicare alternative payment models using multiple streams of data. From her time at ICAP at Columbia University, she has experience developing, coding, and analyzing surveys fielded in urban and rural settings across sub-Saharan Africa in partnership with local CDC offices and ministries of health. Megan began her career in the public health space with the NIH’s Vaccine Production Program Laboratory, assisting with a variety of projects to streamline vaccine development.
Megan received her M.P.H. from Columbia University in epidemiology with a focus on humanitarian assistance. Megan received her B.A. from the University of Southern California in both international relations and neuroscience.

Senior Associate
Peris plays a key role in advancing the company’s health equity and stakeholder engagement initiatives. She brings a wealth of experience in public programming, partner relations and advocacy, and demonstrates a strong commitment to driving equity-focused solutions.
Before Reservoir, Peris was a program coordinator at PEN America, overseeing several of the organization’s youth initiatives and tackling a range of free expression issues in education, with an emphasis on equity and diversity. In this role, she developed curricula to educate young advocates on free expression and policy while planning and executing public programs in partnership with universities and community organizations across the country. Peris also cultivated and managed relationships with a variety of institutional partners nationwide. Before her time at PEN America, Peris worked as a public programming assistant at the Frances Young Tang Teaching Museum.
Born and raised in Uganda, Peris graduated summa cum laude from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in French.

Executive Vice President
Courtney Tyne has more than 15 years of experience in the field of health policy and public affairs, focused on market readiness, cost of care issues, and health care access communications. She has experience developing and leading programs focused on identifying strategies that support high-value, patient-centric access to care strategies, and she works to translate that knowledge into policy-oriented activations and communications for a variety of audiences. Courtney has planned and executed a variety of value, access and policy-related projects, from corporate narratives to product-specific messaging, to stakeholder awareness and education, to executive thought leadership and white papers and issues briefs, all to elucidate solutions-oriented access strategies.
Courtney came to Reservoir from Real Chemistry, where she led the Pricing and Public Affairs team in DC. She previously worked with the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), managing the development of its value of cancer care initiative.
She earned her M.P.H. with a specialization in health care policy from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health and has co-authored publications with experts in the field of oncology and policy, including a seminal publication on assessing value in oncology. As part of her post-graduate work in public health policy, Courtney served as a graduate intern for the House of Representatives Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health researching issues related to healthcare provision, insurance, and federal policy.

Vice President
Vaishali specializes in story-driven opinion research and strategy-informing insights. With about 15 years of experience as a researcher, she has worked extensively with key stakeholders and the general public to develop strategic and actionable insights, which has helped organizations build their brand and communication strategies to drive awareness and perceptions.
Vaishali’s core work focuses on gathering insights, spanning corporate reputation, brand strategy, stakeholder alignment, and issues management. In addition, she specializes in designing and executing research in supplier and client environments in the U.S., European, and Asian markets.
Before joining Reservoir, Vaishali was the Insights Director at APCO Worldwide, the global public affairs and strategic communications firm. She managed the most extensive and longest-running corporate brand reputation tracker for a global healthcare giant. Before joining APCO, she was an accounts director for Perception Research (now Behaviorally), where she was involved in developing the go-to-market strategy for some of the world’s largest CPG companies.
Vaishali graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Marketing from the University of Westminster, London, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Madras,India.

Senior Advisor
Emma is a board-certified genetic counselor with a passion for public policy that ensures patient access while fostering continued healthcare innovation. Throughout her career Emma has recognized the integral role of communications in breaking down complex concepts to a range of audiences, from direct patient education to nuanced environment-shaping campaigns. She brings a multidisciplinary-focus to her strategic approach, blending practical insights from her work in clinical genetics with more than 15 years of foundational policy and advocacy experience in the life sciences sector, including roles at GRAIL, Eli Lilly, and PhRMA.
Emma’s grounding centers in issues impacting personalized medicine, R&D, oncology, and rare diseases. She has collaborated closely with the advocacy community in driving progress on shared priorities. She is a fierce patient advocate, continuing her work as a cancer genetic counselor, helping patients navigate healthcare decisions and break down systemic barriers to accessing care.
Emma serves as the Vice-Chair of the Advocacy Committee for the National Society of Genetic Counselors. She obtained her M.S. in Genetic Counseling from Boston University, her M.S. in Biotechnology from Georgetown University, and her B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech.

Senior Manager
Sahithi brings a depth of experience in clinical care and health communications to Reservoir Communications Group. With diverse experiences in pre-hospital care and public health, she leverages her background to advance clients’ brand, reputation, and advocacy goals.
At 16, Sahithi found a passion for the health space when she became a volunteer EMT. Before joining Reservoir and throughout her undergraduate career, Sahithi worked at The GW Medical Faculty Associates. There, she developed a love for public health and gained experience distilling nuanced technical concepts into digestible messaging — all of which she combined during her internship at Reservoir, after which she joined the firm full time.
Sahithi graduated from The George Washington University with a B.S. in Public Health and minors in Emergency Health Services and biology.

Vice President
Nicky Vogt Osborne brings extensive experience in public affairs, crisis communications, cybersecurity, strategic planning, finance, and advocacy campaigns.
Prior to joining Reservoir, Nicky was the communications lead for Moody’s across a broad portfolio of sectors, including health care, cybersecurity, emerging tech, and AI, partnering with financial analysts on research ideation and creation, as well as crisis response. Previously, Nicky led communications for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), leading efforts for the COVID-19 Task Force and Operation Warp Speed in addition to coordinating government response to major cyber incidents. Nicky’s early career focused on civil rights, non-profit, and advocacy clients.
Nicky graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Politics and International Affairs and a double minor in Spanish and Psychology.

Executive Vice President
Mallory is a strategic communications professional who brings over 15 years of experience leading successful public affairs campaigns. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, not-for-profit organizations, and political candidates on messaging strategy, coalition management, crisis communications, and thought leadership programs. Mallory counsels clients on how to effectively frame the debate, drive and leverage media coverage, and influence policymakers.
Before joining Reservoir Communications Group, Mallory was a director at APCO Worldwide where she served as the deputy public affairs practice group leader. There she managed some of the agency’s largest accounts, led crisis response teams, and developed winning campaigns inside the Beltway and across the country.
Previously, Mallory was chief of staff at the New York State Democratic Party and worked on numerous political campaigns in the state. She also worked at a boutique political consulting firm in New York City and with a leading civil rights organization.
Mallory graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College at Columbia University with a B.A. in Political Science.

Executive Vice President
Eva possesses deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, having advised biopharmaceutical and digital health companies, high-growth start-ups, non-profits, integrated health systems, university research programs, grassroots advocacy campaigns and government agencies on communications and advocacy efforts. Before joining Reservoir, Eva was a vice president at a strategic communications and public affairs firm where she developed programs to advance corporate goals, execute thought leadership strategies, and establish healthcare technology companies for growth with biopharma, enterprise, providers and payers. In addition to working as a government contractor for the National Institutes of Health and at a global public relations firm, she previously led communications strategy for a District of Columbia health system that combined a Medicaid health plan, pediatric specialty hospital, home health agency and parent foundation to support people with disabilities.

Senior Manager
Stephanie Yuan is a strategic communications practitioner with a strong foundation in healthcare policy and public health. She leverages her expertise to drive forward impactful narratives that shape the broader healthcare landscape, with the goal of expanding access to care. Stephanie brings a thoughtful approach and exceptional campaign management skills to her day-to-day work across her biopharmaceutical and vaccine projects.
Stephanie began her career conducting scientific research on cardiomyopathy and protein crystallization and later as a research assistant in healthcare finance. She also brings experience in the healthcare benefits space.
Stephanie has a B.S. in Health Care Management and Policy from Georgetown University.

As a trusted advisor to global health companies, health systems, and nonprofit organizations, Chrystine has a proven track record of turning complex data into actionable strategies and content that improve health outcomes. A founding member of APCO Insight, she established a robust health-focused research capability that continues to inform industry best practices.
Beyond her professional achievements, Chrystine remains deeply committed to service. She volunteers as a nurse in Guatemala with Mayanza—a group dedicated to enhancing the health of school-aged children and their mothers—and actively supports her local public health department by staffing vaccine clinics.
Chrystine’s academic background is as diverse as her experience: she holds a B.A. in Political Science from Marist College, a B.S. in Nursing from George Mason University, an M.A. in Survey Research Methodology from the University of Connecticut, and a Public Health Certificate from Rutgers University.
