Successful candidates will be energetic, focused and entrepreneurial, with strong written and verbal communications skills and a demonstrated ability to think creatively about complex topics. Previous healthcare communications and agency/consulting experience helpful but not required. Web design experience required and familiarity with HTML a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and deliverables.
  • Develop visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, and websites that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to create digital collateral including interactive PDFs, digital posters, infographics, web ads, and other media that effectively communicate client and campaign messages.
  • Support production of multiple design files to meet paid media specs, file formats and file sizes.
  • Occasional work on print materials such as print ads or out-of-home (OOH) media (for example, point-of-sale posters or in-office collateral), may be needed as part of an overall campaign.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Ensure all designs align with client branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design; in-house or agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office applications in a Mac OS environment.
  • Experience designing digital display web ads, social media content, infographics (static and animated), and other screen-based assets.
  • Experience in digital animation platforms, ability to work in WordPress, and/or knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Strong eye for detail and experience translating complex information into clear and engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of visual trends and ability to apply them to create innovative designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
